🌟 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Supporting the Nursery team in planning and delivering a range of fun, age-appropriate, and educational activities.
Helping to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in a hands-on and creative way.
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children build strong social skills and friendships.
Maintaining open and professional communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
Assisting in the upkeep and cleanliness of classrooms and shared spaces to ensure a tidy and hygienic learning environment.
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with children, parents, and team members.
Prior experience in a nursery, preschool, or other childcare setting is highly desirable.
A sound understanding of early years education principles and child development.
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented with the ability to remain calm and caring in all situations.
Leadership potential to help guide and support children’s learning journeys.
✅ Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare role (preferred but not essential).
GCSEs or equivalent education qualifications (preferred).
A full UK Driving Licence is desirable for this role, especially if travel between sites is required.
