Responsibilities: 

  •  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  •  Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  •  Provide accurate product/service information and solutions
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  •  Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
  •  Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets 

Requirements: 

  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
  • Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience (freshers welcome)
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (an asset) 

Desirable Skills: 

  •  Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  •  Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies
  •  Certification in customer service or a related field (an asset)
