Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Manage documents, handle telephone calls, and process mail.
  • Coordination: Arrange and organize meetings, travel, and activities; prepare related materials.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
  • Communication: Assist with customer and supplier interactions.
  • Supplies Management: Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory.
  • Daily Affairs: Address administrative tasks and emergencies both inside and outside the company.

Requirements

  • Education: HND or Degree in Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role; medical industry experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
