Job Overview

Canonical is seeking a Graduate Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the adoption of our wide range of products, including Ubuntu, OpenStack, and Kubernetes. As a CSM, you’ll develop strong relationships with clients, help resolve issues, and guide them through the onboarding process. You’ll play a key role in reducing churn, driving product engagement, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt solutions to customer requests and support tickets.
  • Documentation: Create and update problem-solving guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
  • Campaigns: Drive customer engagement through targeted digital campaigns and activities.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through our products and services, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Risk Management: Identify high-potential and high-risk customers to mitigate churn and enhance user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales, Support, and Product teams to develop engagement strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and present customer feedback to the Product Team for improvements.

Required Skills

  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in customer service or customer success.
  • Technical Passion: Interest in technology and a deep understanding of Ubuntu and open-source infrastructure.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent presentation and organizational skills, with the ability to document and share information effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams within Canonical.

Preferred Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
