Our client, a leading Medspa-focused marketing agency, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Account Manager. This remote role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of Meta Ads and proven expertise in driving client growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, analyzing campaign performance, and increasing advertising budgets to optimize marketing strategies.

Salary: $2K – $2.5K per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Address questions, provide strategic insights, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Advertising Budget Expansion: Collaborate with Provider Success Managers (PSMs) to expand current advertising campaigns. Develop strategies to increase client budgets, explore new advertising opportunities, and reintroduce successful past campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze and review Meta Ads performance regularly. Present data-driven results to clients and recommend increased ad spend based on campaign success.
  • Retention & Growth Initiatives: Engage proactively with clients to drive retention and foster growth. Propose and implement tailored marketing strategies based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Consultations & Program Enrollment: Conduct consultations with potential clients, present marketing programs, and handle complex conversations, turning client objections into opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency, preferably in Medspa or health & wellness industries.
  • Meta Ads Expertise: Strong understanding of Meta Ads with the ability to analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, capable of presenting complex strategies clearly and convincingly.
  • Client Growth: Proven track record in handling high-stakes conversations and driving client growth and satisfaction.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Experience working in Medspa marketing or healthcare-focused campaigns.
  • CRM Familiarity: Knowledge of CRM tools and campaign management software.
