Contra is searching for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s social media presence. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. You’ll take full ownership of social media channels, developing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall growth.

Location: Remote (Work From Anywhere)

Salary: $3,000 – $5,000/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement tailored social media strategies that align with Contra’s brand goals and mission.
  • Content Creation & Publishing: Design, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Community Management: Monitor and manage interactions on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a strong community presence.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with broader campaigns.
  • Social Media Tools & Analytics: Use tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to plan, track, and measure content performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze results using data and insights, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and new best practices.
  • Paid Campaigns Management: Lead and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify reach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media channels for brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Experience in community management and engagement.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns.
  • Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
