Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
- Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience (freshers welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (an asset)
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies
- Certification in customer service or a related field (an asset)
